After researching the steps needed to adopt the girls, they began working with the Children Development Agency of Jamaica (CDA). Their representative, Miss Ellis, asked Andrew & Linda to visit so she could interview them, observe them with the girls and develop her recommendation as to whether or not she could approve them for an adoption license. So in June 2005, they made a second trip to Jamaica. This time they took their nieces, Eva and Belinda, who are close to the ages of Simone and Alexia. They wanted the girls to begin to get to know the rest of their future family.Cost for this trip:
